Campfire Dip Recipe
This receipe is great for a romatic movie night or share with friend on a games night. It is a mix between chocoalte fondue and smores.
Ingredients

| 200g | milk chocoalte | roughly chopped |
| 2 tbsp | whole milk | |
| 350g | mini marshmallows | white ones |
| To Serve | ||
| 100g | digestive biscuits | whole or halved |
| 100g | strawberries | washed, hulled & halved |
| 100g | pineapple | chopping into chucks |
Method
- Preheat the grill to 220°C and prepare fruit.
- Heat the chocolate, milk and 200g of the marshmallows in a small pot over a low heat until melted and smooth. Stiring the whole time.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture to an oven safe serving dish.
- Top with the remaining marshmallows until the whole surface is covered.
- Grill on high for 1-2 mins until the marshmallows are toasted/golden brown.
- Serve with digestives and prepare fruit, use skewers or forks for dunking.
